A Well Needed Weekend Away!

If there ever was a time in my life when I need a break from my usual weekend this was the time. I went to New Hampshire for some rest and relaxation and that is just what I got. A place called Pilgrim Pines.  My expectations were low.  When you add a great massage and wonderful speaker and great food and the weekend became priceless.

The weekend brought me closer to God, and I also took care of some things that have been bothering me lately in my daily routine.

A special plus moment was when I had an hour of planned quiet time.  (I know you are probably saying “Lori being Quiet, sure”

I went away with 4 other friends, least unlikely friends to all be together in for one weekend and they were so much fun to hang with.

There is no doubt in my mind I need to do this more often.
